Group Coaching

Group sessions are conducted via telephone with 3-6 clients on a group line. Each client
gets the opportunity for individual coaching as needed during the session, and group
coaching clients also enjoy the opportunity to leverage the other group members’
coaching, experiences and wisdom. Group teleclasses and seminars are scheduled
frequently.

Individual coaching provides the highest level of customization to meet your needs, and
the most personal attention to support you in achieving your goals quickly. Call me today

Coaching Programs

Several coaching programs are available for clients with particular goals or challenges.
Programs follow a predetermined outline of discussions and steps to help you achieve
success. These sessions are conducted one-on-one to tailor the coaching to your unique
situation, barriers to success, and action steps. These programs typically require a 3 to 4
month personal commitment.

Workshops and Seminars

I will gladly design Workshops and Seminars on request for a small to medium sized
group ( about 10 to 50 individuals) with a specific topic or challenge to explore.
Teleseminars are available frequently. Some examples of topics are as follows, however
